I recently received a few samples from KeyStone to test out.

We had the choice to review beef, chicken or both. We chose the beef because I was a tad bit scared about a chicken in a can.  Honestly I was a bit nervous because I have never had beef in a can and if I had its the Spam which I am not to fond of.

Ingredients

Sauce:

3 cups Community® Dark Roast coffee, brewed

1 ½ cups firmly-packed dark brown sugar

½ cup stone-ground mustard

½ cup ketchup

2 tbsps. tomato paste

¾ tsp. salt

¾ tsp. ground black pepper

Pork:

2 tbsps. vegetable oil

1 (5 ½– to 6-lb) boneless pork shoulder, trimmed

¾ tsp. salt

¾ tsp. ground black pepper

½ tsp. garlic powder
